All our jewellery is made-to-order and sourced fresh for every purchase. We take care to dispatch quickly and deliver safely — and we stand behind every piece we send.
Shipping Policy
Dispatch Timeline
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, delivery takes 5–8 business days across India.
Remote areas, hilly regions, and certain northeastern states may take 1–3 additional days. We will inform you via WhatsApp if any delay is expected.
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery on orders above ₹500
- ₹60 delivery charge on orders below ₹500
- Delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order
Payment Method
- We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only
- Payment is collected by the courier at your doorstep
- No prepayment or advance is required
- Online payment options (UPI, card) are coming soon
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a WhatsApp message with your tracking details. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 86698 32303 with your order number for a status update at any time.
Availability Note
Our jewellery is sourced fresh for each order. In the rare case that a piece becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you within 24 hours by phone or WhatsApp to offer an alternative or a full cancellation — your choice, no questions asked.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
You Can Return If
- The item arrived damaged or broken
- The item received is significantly different from what was shown on the website
- The item has a manufacturing defect
We Cannot Accept Returns If
- The item has been worn, used, or altered
- The original packaging or pouch is missing
- The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
- The item shows damage due to mishandling after delivery
- Minor colour variation from the website photo due to screen or photography lighting — this is not a defect
Jewellery Sets & Combo Products
For sets (e.g. necklace + earrings, multi-piece combos), all pieces must be returned together. Returning part of a set while keeping the rest is not eligible for a refund.
How to Raise a Return Request

- Share your order number and clear photos of the issue
- For claims of wrong item, missing item, or damaged product — please also share a short unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened. Claims without photo or video proof may not be accepted
- We will confirm eligibility within 24 hours
- Approved returns are collected by courier from your address — no need to visit us
After We Receive Your Return
Every returned item goes through a quality check. If we find that items are missing, swapped, used, or damaged beyond what was reported, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of affected items and logistics from the refund, or reject the refund in cases of clear misuse. Any deduction will be communicated to you with reasons before processing.
To keep our prices fair for all genuine customers, we track unusual return patterns. Accounts with repeated or suspicious return activity may have COD or return access reviewed.
Refunds
- We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Since payment is made in cash to the courier, refunds are processed manually by us — not as an automatic reversal
- Once your return is approved and the item passes quality check, we will contact you to confirm your preferred refund method
- UPI / bank transfer — we transfer the amount directly to your UPI ID or bank account within 5–7 business days
- Store credit — we apply a credit against your phone number, usable on your next order with no expiry
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by us for all eligible returns (damaged or wrong item received)
- Any approved deductions (missing items, partial sets) will be communicated before the refund is processed
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by WhatsApp
- After 2 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been dispatched to our supplier
- If we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock unavailability, we will cancel it and notify you within 24 hours — full choice of alternative or cancellation
